In return, these complex creations restore more energy and are often sold for large sums of Star Coins.

Unlike most 3-star starters, which require a variety of fish, you simply grow the necessary vegetables and buy milk and eggs from Remy.

Speaking of Remy, if you have cash and don’t mind spending it, you can buy eggs, cheese, and milk to make an omelette.
If you’re not bothered by the energy value and the selling price, throw two vegetables in the pot along with the salad to make a Tasty Salad, and you’re good to go.
Visit Veggie Casserole for the fastest and cheapest 4-star recipe. Getting the cheese is your biggest inconvenience, although once you invite Remy to the Village, you can stop by the restaurant and buy what you need.

For something more elaborate, try a basil omelet. It also offers ingredients that are easy to obtain and restore a large amount of energy.
The Big Seafood Platter and Potato Leek Soup are two of the cheaper five-star meals you can make. They use common ingredients, and their low energy return and Star Coin make them an easy choice to give.
Fish dishes are above all when it comes to energy recovery, and if you have the patience to try to catch a lot of fish, the dishes you can cook with them are among the best.

Smoked Peanuts and Anglerfish, a 2-star recipe that uses only anglerfish and anglerfish, restores nearly 4,000 energy and sells for 800 more Star Coins than you’d get just by selling anglerfish.

If there is a specific material you are looking for, go to the Collections screen and select the Materials tab. There you will find every ingredient in the game, and by selecting one, you will see where you can find or buy it.
Once you have the ingredients you need, find a kitchen – either the one in your house or the one at Chez Remy – and use it. You can put up to five ingredients in the pot, then select Start Cooking to make the dish.

Note: only ingredients allowed in the recipe count. You can’t take, say, a 3-star recipe and add two more random ingredients to it to make it a 5-star recipe. All that does is make the food more valuable if you sell it.
