These easy Christmas Sugar Cookies are the perfect holiday cookie! These are thick cookies with a soft crust that melt in your mouth.

Knead the dough until firm. You can divide the dough and roll it in plastic wrap, or first roll the dough between two pieces of paper and store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
