I love using homemade turkey carcass and spices. Of course, you can use ready-made broth or a bouillon cube, including chicken broth. Not everything should be done at home. I usually choose the bouillon cube myself.
Fresh herbs such as thyme or rosemary and bay leaves also add flavor and flavor to the broth.
