I know it would be an absolute sin to waste such a delicious turkey, but for years now I’ve found myself a bit stuck on what to do with it other than reheat it (mostly… Because I just got out). So this week, my husband decided to experiment with turkey in his new oil-free fryer. By the way, this was delicious…and if you’ve never tried a pan without oil, it’s a surefire way to get a delicious, moist, seared turkey to the table. Anyway, I decided to create my own turkey flame soup recipe. Because A) the soup looked really good in the cold, rainy weather, and B) I was so tired that I tossed the carcass and threw everything into the pot until the meat fell off.
