Easy Leftover Turkey And Vegetable Pie
Method Preheat the oven to 180C / 160C fan / gas 5. Unroll the cake and puff pastry, leaving the pastry on the baking sheets provided. Peel and cut the potatoes into approximately 2 cm cubes. Cook until half done but still firm. Make sure you don’t overcook or it will fall apart. Lightly butter a 20cm x 30cm pie tin and line the bottom and sides with a generous layer of shortcrust pastry.
